Selected ADK&A Projects in Public Private Joint Venture Support:
- Since 1985, assisted the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors with over 50 ground leases in Marina Del Rey.
- As KRM, retained by the Trammell Crow Company to assist the firm in the negotiation of a long‑term ground lease with the City of Commerce for the Citadel retail center.
- For the City of Santa Barbara, assisted with developer selection and ground lease negotiation for Paseo Nuevo, a highly successful downtown shopping center.
