Ports and Marinas
Allan Kotin, both with predecessor companies and as part of ADK&A, has provided extensive financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation support to both public agencies and private lessees for tidelands or other waterfront projects throughout California.
He has been a key member of lease negotiating teams on multiple projects for the Department of Beaches and Harbors and has contributed asset optimization and ground lease strategies to a wide variety of Cities and port districts. These include the Ports of LA and San Luis; Morro Bay, Redondo Beach, and Grover Beach; the Stockton Marina, Dana Point Marina, Newport Dunes Marina, the Ventura Port District; and the Cities of Newport Beach and Oceanside.
